Our self catering cottages form part of a 17th Century Granite Watemill in a spectacular location nestling at the bottom of a peaceful rural valley in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the perfect place to relax and unwind!

Our historic Mill lies equi-distant between Falmouth and the Cathedral City of Truro, with its ample shops, theatre, restaurants and supermarkets. With the north and south coasts only a short drive, this is an ideal base to visit all the wonderful attractions Cornwall has to offer. For the enthusiastic walkers, there are some beautiful coastal paths close by and with the Coast to Coast Tramway only 200yds away, if you are into cycling this is for you!! (cycle hire available in the village), www.cornwallcyclehire.com There's also the famous Camel Trail only 30 mins away. For the garden lovers, feast yourself on Trelissick, Trebah, Glendurgan, Lost Gardens of Heligan and of course The Eden Project, all within a short drive. With the King Harry Ferry only 5 mins away, the "gateway to the Roseland Peninsula" is on your doorstep! There's also golfing, sailing & fishing on the Fal Estuary, explore the inlets by canoe from Loe Beach, www.loebeach.co.uk  there's a host of beautiful beaches to explore!.....What a perfect holiday!!

Take a stroll down the Mill Leat in the fresh morning air, or, for birthdays or anniversaries,  hire a Morgan Sports Car in the nearby village of Perranwell Station.

At the end of the day, chill out with a glass of wine on the terrace and watch the buzzards circle above. Later head for dinner at one of the best three local pubs, The Royal Oak in Perranwell Station, The Norway Inn at Perranarworthal or the famous 13th Century Pandora Inn at Restronguet.

We focus mainly on catering for adults (no children under 12) and as the Old Mill is also our home, we are always on hand to offer help and advice for your holiday to run smoothly. If you want peace and tranquility, look no further!

In the winter season we offer short breaks when you can be pampered with a gourmet dinner by candlelight served in our superb 17th Century Mill Room.
